Candidates with an interest in technical leadership and engineering management will also be valued.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nFrontend Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies and best practices.\nUI Implementation: Convert UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into interactive, accessible, and visually appealing web interfaces.\nAI Integration: Explore and implement AI-powered features in web applications, including integrations with AI APIs, intelligent assistants, and automated workflows.\nAI-Assisted Development: Use AI coding assistants and productivity tools to improve code quality, accelerate development, troubleshoot issues, and streamline testing.\nPerformance Optimization: Improve website speed, responsiveness, scalability, and overall user experience across browsers and devices.\nCode Quality: Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code while following established coding standards.\nAPI Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and other services into frontend applications.\nTesting and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues, conduct functional testing, and ensure reliable application performance.\nCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver features aligned with business objectives.\nContinuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies, AI development tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.\nMust-Have Skills\nStrong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and their practical applications in web development.\nProficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend development practices.\nHands-on experience with a modern frontend framework such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.\nExperience building responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible web applications.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered coding assistants and AI-based development workflows.\nExperience integrating APIs and working with JSON data.\nKnowledge of Git, version control, debugging, and browser developer tools.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nUnderstanding of Engineering Manager responsibilities, including technical planning, code reviews, mentoring, and team coordination.\nExposure to technical leadership, project ownership, or mentoring junior developers.\nExperience integrating large language model (LLM) APIs, chatbots, or generative AI features into web applications.\nFamiliarity with TypeScript, Next.js, state management libraries, and frontend testing frameworks.\nBasic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and frontend security practices.\nExperience and Qualifications\n3-4 years of professional experience in frontend or web application development.\nA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.\nA portfolio of web applications or projects demonstrating frontend expertise is an
