This role requires a frontend-focused engineer who can take ownership of complete features across the user interface, API, business logic, and data layers.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript.\nDevelop onboarding and case-management interfaces, configurable forms, and document-upload workflows.\nImplement reusable frontend components, hooks, and libraries to improve consistency and development efficiency.\nDevelop and integrate backend APIs using Python or Node.js.\nDesign and maintain relational data models and integrate application interfaces with backend services and databases.\nImplement robust form validation, error handling, retry mechanisms, and reliable user workflows.\nImprove application performance, mobile-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and overall user experience.\nIntegrate REST APIs and external services to support identity verification and compliance-related workflows.\nWrite unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure application quality and reliability.\nOwn features end-to-end, from requirements gathering and technical design through deployment and production support.\nMonitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement sustainable fixes.\nCollaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams opportunities to improve application architecture, reliability, maintainability, and developer experience.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n3-6 years of professional software engineering experience, excluding internships.\nStrong hands-on experience building and maintaining production applications using React and TypeScript.\nExcellent understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, and modern frontend development practices.\nPractical experience developing backend APIs using Python or Node.js.\nExperience working with relational databases, data models, and application-level business logic.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver complete features across frontend, backend APIs, and data layers.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, application integrations, form validation, and error-handling strategies.\nExperience with automated testing, debugging, performance optimisation, and production troubleshooting.\nStrong ownership mindset with the ability to take features from concept to production.\nComfortable working with evolving requirements and translating ambiguous problems into practical technical solutions.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nExperience with camera/media APIs, reusable SDKs, libraries, or onboarding integrations will be an advantage.\nFamiliarity with React Native, Flutter, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and automated testing tools is desirable.\nExperience in fintech, payments, identity verification, KYC/KYB, or compliance technology will be beneficial.\nAbility to balance rapid delivery with code quality,
