The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial leadership, fundraising, capital management, corporate governance, and IPO-related activities.\nThis role requires a commercially astute finance leader who can drive financial strategy, strengthen financial controls, optimise capital allocation, and support sustainable business growth. The candidate must have a strong track record in fundraising and IPO processes, along with the ability to partner with the leadership team and Board on critical financial and strategic decisions.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute the group’s financial strategy in alignment with business objectives and long-term growth plans.\nLead fundraising initiatives, including equity and debt financing, capital structuring, and engagement with investors and financial institutions.\nDrive IPO readiness and execution, coordinating financial preparation, due diligence, documentation, and stakeholder requirements.\nOversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial performance reviews.\nManage group-level financial reporting, consolidation, treasury, working capital, and capital allocation.\nEstablish and strengthen internal financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes.\nEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, statutory regulations, and corporate laws.\nPartner with the CEO, Board, and business leaders on strategic planning, investments, profitability, and financial decision-making.\nBuild and maintain relationships with investors, banks, auditors, legal advisors, and other external stakeholders.\nMonitor key financial metrics, identify business risks, and recommend measures to improve profitability and operational efficiency.\nLead and develop the finance team while establishing scalable financial systems, policies, and processes across group entities.\nSupport mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and other strategic transactions as required.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n15+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and financial leadership, preferably within the IT/ITES industry.\nQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong understanding of corporate finance and financial governance.\nProven experience leading fundraising activities, including investor engagement and capital-raising transactions.\nDemonstrable experience in IPO preparation, readiness, or execution.\nStrong expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.\nExperience managing group-level finance functions, financial consolidation, and multiple business entities.\nStrong understanding of statutory compliance, taxation, accounting standards, internal controls, and risk management.\nExcellent stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Boards, investors, lenders, and senior leadership.\nStrong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and strategic decision-making capabilities.\nProven ability to build high-performing finance teams and establish scalable financial processes.\nHigh levels of integrity, accountability, leadership, and professional
