The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter, along with hands-on experience in application architecture, configuration, customization, and system integration. The role involves providing technical leadership, ensuring adherence to development best practices, and delivering robust solutions aligned with business requirements.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement end-to-end Guidewire solutions based on business and technical requirements.\nProvide technical leadership throughout Guidewire implementation, customization, and upgrade projects.\nDevelop scalable and maintainable architectures for Guidewire applications and integrations.\nWork closely with business analysts, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions and translate business needs into system designs.\nDesign, develop, and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, messaging frameworks, and third-party systems.\nReview code, establish development standards, and ensure adherence to architecture guidelines and best practices.\nPerform application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization to improve system reliability and efficiency.\nSupport Guidewire Cloud migration and implementation initiatives, where applicable.\nPrepare technical design documents, architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and deployment strategies.\nIdentify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues across Guidewire applications.\nEnsure solutions follow appropriate security, scalability, maintainability, and performance standards.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n3-5 years of experience in Guidewire development, configuration, and solution design.\nStrong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.\nProficiency in Gosu programming, Guidewire data models, and application configuration.\nExperience with the Guidewire Integration Framework.\nKnowledge of REST APIs, SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and messaging technologies.\nHands-on experience with Java/J2EE technologies.\nUnderstanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance processes and business workflows.\nExperience working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.\nFamiliarity with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\nMust-Have Skills\nGuidewire PolicyCenter\nGuidewire ClaimCenter\nGuidewire BillingCenter\nGood-to-Have Skills\nGuidewire Certified Professional\nGuidewire Certified Associate\nGuidewire Cloud Platform\nPreferred Qualifications\nGuidewire Certified Professional or Associate certification.\nExperience with the Guidewire Cloud Platform and cloud-based implementations.\nExposure to microservices architecture and cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.\nKnowledge of application performance tuning, security practices, and enterprise integration patterns.\nExperience supporting Guidewire upgrades, cloud migration, and deployment
