and layout designs for new and existing products.\nPerform signal integrity, thermal, and power analysis to ensure robust performance.\nSelect and specify suitable components, carriers, and passive devices for optimal functionality.\nCreate design-for-manufacturing (DFM) guidelines and collaborate with manufacturing partners for production readiness.\nProduce manufacturing test plans, repair procedures, and documented validation reports.\nProvide post-production support, including root-cause analysis and field-service assistance.\nLead rapid prototyping and iterative design improvements based on test feedback.\nCoordinate with firmware and software teams to integrate hardware and embedded software interfaces.\nManage documentation, including bill of materials (BOM), design change records, and compliance filings.\nContinuously research emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product competitiveness.\nBachelor's or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.\nMinimum 3+ years of hands-on PCB design experience using industry-standard tools (Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, etc.).\nStrong understanding of high-speed digital design, impedance control, and power delivery concepts.\nExperience with design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and design-for-assembly (DFA) best practices.\nProficient in component selection, library management, and schematic capture.\nHands-on experience with production test setups, boundary-scan, and in-circuit testing.\nFamiliarity with EMI/EMC, thermal simulation, and IDF/EDIF standards.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot hardware failures.\nEffective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and documentation.\nProactive attitude toward learning and adopting new tools, standards, and emerging
