You will manage project plans, timelines, stakeholders, vendors, dependencies, risks, and deliverables while ensuring HR initiatives are executed smoothly and on schedule.\nThe ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and structured problem-solver who can independently manage multiple projects while working effectively with HR teams, business leaders, employees, and external partners.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end HR projects and programs, including project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.\nTrack project progress through dashboards, status reports, action trackers, and project-management tools.\nCoordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.\nPartner with HR teams, business leaders, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.\nCoordinate employee survey launches, communications, participation tracking, reporting, and action-planning activities.\nSupport employee engagement initiatives and help translate survey insights into actionable HR programs.\nCoordinate learning and development programs, including vendor management, scheduling, communications, logistics, and program tracking.\nSupport LMS administration, learning operations, training coordination, and related process improvements.\nCoordinate new-hire orientation and other employee-facing HR initiatives.\nSupport recurring HR processes across performance management, compensation, engagement, learning, and talent management.\nMaintain project documentation, trackers, process documents, and program records.\nPrepare clear, concise, and executive-ready project updates, dashboards, presentations, and HR reports.\nMonitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, escalating concerns when required.\nCoordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of HR programs and services.\nSupport change-management and communication activities associated with HR initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, automation, and operational efficiency.\nEnsure HR projects are delivered in accordance with agreed timelines, scope, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n6-10 years of experience in HR project/program management, HR operations, L&D, change management, or a related HR function.\nProven experience managing multiple HR projects, stakeholders, vendors, timelines, and competing priorities.\nStrong project planning, coordination, tracking, and execution skills.\nExperience managing employee surveys, engagement programs, or enterprise-wide HR initiatives is preferred.\nStrong experience in Learning & Development, LMS administration, learning program management, or training coordination is highly desirable.\nGood understanding of HR processes including performance, compensation, engagement, talent, learning, and employee experience.\nExcellent communication, presentation, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nStrong ability to prepare executive-level reports, presentations, dashboards, and project updates.\nProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project-management tools.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to independently manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.\nComfortable working with senior stakeholders, HR teams, employees, and external vendors.\nStrong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.","description_format":"text","description_chars":4119,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-23T14:12:16Z"}],"liveness":{"score":52,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.516,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":5,"reasons":["conf:0","agency","win:early","comp:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-09-23T19:35:33Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/weekday-hr-transformation-project-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/weekday-hr-transformation-project-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-23T19:35:33Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers"}}
