The role involves infrastructure management, security implementation, troubleshooting, patch management, backup and recovery, and IT operations support.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Infrastructure and Systems Administration\nAdminister and maintain Windows Server and Wintel environments.\nManage Active Directory, including forest, domain, and user administration.\nConfigure and maintain DNS, DHCP, DFS, WSUS, PKI, IAS/NPS, and File and Print Services.\nEnsure infrastructure availability, performance, security, and reliability.\nManage server configurations, system upgrades, and routine maintenance.\n2. Microsoft 365 and Cloud Administration\nAdminister Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.\nManage Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender Suite, and Microsoft Purview.\nHandle device provisioning and management through Windows Autopilot.\nAutomate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.\nWork with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n3. Network and Firewall Management\nManage enterprise network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VTP, STP, RSTP, and EtherChannel.\nConfigure and maintain MPLS, SD-WAN, NAT, wireless networks, and routing protocols.\nAdminister firewalls, VPNs, and network security solutions.\nManage Sophos Firewall, SSL VPN, IPSec VPN, and Site-to-Site VPN configurations.\nMonitor and maintain intrusion prevention, intrusion detection, web filtering, and application control systems.\nTroubleshoot network connectivity and security-related issues.\n4. Endpoint Security and Protection\nManage endpoint security solutions, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Sophos Endpoint Security, and McAfee ePO.\nImplement and monitor EDR, XDR, endpoint compliance, and device control policies.\nConfigure Attack Surface Reduction (ASR) rules, BitLocker, application control, and endpoint hardening.\nConduct vulnerability management and security assessments.\nEnsure endpoint protection and compliance across enterprise devices.\n5. Storage, Backup, and Virtualization\nManage NAS, SAN, RAID, and enterprise storage infrastructure.\nImplement backup, recovery, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) processes.\nAdminister VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V environments.\nMonitor storage utilization, virtualization performance, and infrastructure availability.\n6.
