We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive with 4-6 years of experience to manage and support the organization’s day-to-day information technology operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of Information Technology, IT infrastructure, systems administration, troubleshooting, hardware and software management, network support, and IT security.

The IT Executive will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems while providing timely technical support to employees. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external IT vendors.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, systems, and other technology resources.
• Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, email, system access, and application-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, networking equipment, operating systems, and other IT assets.
• Monitor IT infrastructure, network connectivity, system performance, and availability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, email accounts, shared drives, and other IT-related access requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, warranties, configurations, and inventory.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, software licensing, internet connectivity, AMC services, and technical support.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security practices, including access controls, antivirus solutions, endpoint protection, backups, and security updates.
• Perform regular system updates, software installations, patch management, and preventive maintenance.
• Support data backup and recovery processes and help ensure business continuity of critical IT systems.
• Identify recurring technical issues and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and employee productivity.
• Assist in implementing new IT systems, applications, infrastructure upgrades, and technology initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain IT documentation, troubleshooting guides, system records, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and organizational procedures.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand their technology requirements and provide appropriate IT solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in IT / Information Technology operations and support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with users across different departments.
• Ability to prioritize multiple technical issues, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on, service-oriented approach with strong ownership of IT operations and problem resolution.
