We are looking for an experienced Senior Fintech Product & Business Professional to contribute to the growth and evolution of digital lending and financial services initiatives. The role is suited for a senior professional with deep experience in the fintech, NBFC, digital lending, and financial services ecosystem, along with a strong understanding of customer journeys, lending products, business operations, and technology-enabled financial solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, strong business understanding, and the ability to work across Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, Credit, Collections, and other functions to drive scalable and customer-focused lending solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives across digital lending and fintech products.
• Drive improvements across the end-to-end lending lifecycle, from customer acquisition and onboarding through disbursement, servicing, repayment, and collections.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Credit, Risk, Operations, Analytics, and Business teams to deliver business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, product performance, and business growth.
• Translate business requirements and customer needs into clear product and process improvements.
• Support the development and scaling of digital lending journeys, platforms, and technology-enabled financial products.
• Analyse business and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, operational gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives across lending operations.
• Partner with technology teams to define requirements, prioritise initiatives, and support successful implementation.
• Ensure lending processes and product initiatives align with applicable risk, compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor product and business performance through relevant metrics, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and business functions.
• Identify operational challenges and develop scalable solutions to improve productivity and service quality.
• Support strategic planning, business reviews, and senior management decision-making.
• Stay updated on evolving fintech, digital lending, NBFC, payments, credit, and financial technology trends.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 14+ years of professional experience with significant exposure to fintech, NBFC, digital lending, banking, financial services, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of digital lending products, lending lifecycle, credit processes, customer journeys, and financial services operations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Risk, Credit, Operations, Analytics, and Business.
• Proven ability to lead complex strategic and transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business and product orientation with the ability to connect customer needs with commercial and operational objectives.
• Experience with digital platforms, process automation, technology-enabled financial products, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to use data to support business decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work with senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance, governance, and regulatory considerations within financial services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from concept through implementation.
