competitive market.\nOversee warranty claims, repairs, and replacements to ensure maximum asset lifecycle value.\nCoordinate with networking teams to integrate hardware solutions into existing network infrastructure.\nMonitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage reorder points for all device components.\nCreate and update standard operating procedures for hardware installation and troubleshooting.\nConduct vendor audits and supplier risk assessments to mitigate operational risks.\nProvide monthly reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and hardware utilization metrics.\n2+ years of experience in IT vendor management and hardware operations within a startup environment.\nStrong technical background with CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent expertise.\nProven track record of negotiating vendor contracts and achieving cost reductions.\nHands-on knowledge of laptop hardware components, BIOS, and firmware updates.\nSolid understanding of basic networking concepts,
