enterprise-grade applications.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and React.js.\nBuild robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Java and relevant frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring MVC.\nDevelop dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nIntegrate frontend components with backend services, APIs, and databases to deliver seamless application functionality.\nApply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices to build maintainable solutions.\nWork with relational and NoSQL databases, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and decisions related to application scalability and maintainability.\nWrite clean, reusable, well-documented code and develop unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.\nIdentify and resolve complex technical issues, troubleshoot production defects, and optimize application performance.\nCollaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMentor junior developers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to coding standards and development best practices.\nEnsure application security, reliability, scalability, and compliance with established engineering standards.\nMust-Have Skills\nJava: Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, object-oriented programming, collections, multithreading, exception handling, and modern Java features.\nReact.js: Proficiency in building reusable components, managing state, handling hooks, and developing responsive user interfaces.\nStrong experience in backend development using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful APIs.\nGood understanding of full-stack application architecture and frontend-backend integration.\nExperience working with SQL databases, data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.\nProficiency in Git, debugging, unit testing, and Agile development methodologies.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\nKnowledge of application security, automated testing frameworks, and performance monitoring tools.\nCandidate Requirements\n9-15 years of relevant experience in full-stack software development.\nStrong expertise in both Java and React.js.\nCandidates must be based in or willing to work from Hyderabad.\nCandidates should be available to join within 30 days, with 45 days as the
