resolution through effective engineering practices.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and reliable systems.\n6+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and multi-service architecture development.\nMandatory hands-on experience working with IoT platforms and technologies.\n5+ years of experience in technical leadership or lead developer roles.\n3+ years of experience managing, mentoring, or guiding engineering teams.\n2+ years of experience working with IoT platforms, real-time data systems, or telemetry processing.\nStrong programming expertise in Java.\nExperience designing and implementing cloud-based, distributed applications.\nStrong technical problem-solving and team
