Responsibilities\nManage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient, seamless, and customer-focused execution.\nEnsure adherence to SOPs, retail processes, regulatory requirements, hygiene standards, and security protocols.\nDrive category-wise sales performance and achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets.\nMonitor key metrics including conversion rate, average ticket size, walk-ins, customer retention, and repeat business.\nIdentify opportunities to improve sales productivity, customer engagement, and store performance.\nLead, motivate, coach, and develop store teams including sales associates, cashiers, greeters, and support staff.\nConduct regular training on product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and operational procedures.\nSet performance expectations and monitor individual and team KPIs.\nMaintain a strong customer-first culture and ensure every interaction reflects premium service standards.\nHandle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and effectively.\nMonitor customer feedback and reviews and implement initiatives to improve satisfaction.\nOversee visual merchandising and ensure displays align with brand standards and seasonal requirements.\nMonitor opening and closing stock balances and ensure accuracy of inventory records.\nCoordinate with merchandising, vendors, and procurement teams to maintain adequate stock availability.\nMinimise dead stock and identify opportunities for better inventory utilisation.\nImplement effective loss-prevention and store-security measures.\nSupervise stock transfers, locker security, cash handling, and other critical store controls.\nConduct regular audits covering inventory, hygiene, security, compliance, and operational standards.\nMaintain accurate store reports and provide management with insights on sales, inventory, customer, and team performance.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n5+ years of experience in store management, retail operations, sales, or a similar customer-facing leadership role.\nProven experience managing store operations and delivering sales targets in a premium or luxury retail environment.\nStrong leadership skills with experience managing, coaching, and developing frontline retail teams.\nStrong understanding of retail KPIs, sales conversion, average ticket size, footfall, customer retention, and revenue performance.\nPassion for luxury retail and customer service excellence.\nExperience in jewellery retail, with knowledge of diamonds, gold, precious stones, or related products, will be an advantage.\nStrong understanding of inventory management, stock reconciliation, replenishment, and loss prevention.\nExperience with POS systems and inventory management software.\nStrong analytical and business acumen with the ability to use data to improve store performance.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.\nStrong problem-solving ability and sound judgement when handling operational or customer issues.\nHigh attention to detail, organisation, discipline, and process orientation.\nAbility to maintain high standards of store presentation, security, hygiene, and compliance.\nProactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.\nAbility to build strong relationships with customers, team members, vendors, and internal
