Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple styles/orders simultaneously are essential.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\n-Handle day-to-day merchandising activities for export orders and international buyers.\n-Coordinate with buyers/design teams on product development, samples, comments, approvals, and revisions.\n-Maintain tech packs, order sheets, costing sheets, T&A calendars, and production trackers.\n-Coordinate with factories/vendors for sampling, fabric, trims, accessories, and production.\n-Visit and work from different factories/production units across Delhi NCR as required.\n-Follow up closely on sample approvals and production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.\n-Monitor T&A calendars and proactively flag any delays or production issues.\n-Assist in costing, quotations, and price negotiations with vendors.\n-Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure products meet buyer requirements and brand standards.\n-Track bulk production, inspections, packing, and shipment readiness.\n-Maintain accurate records of POs, samples, approvals, production status, and shipments.\nCoordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure smooth order execution.\n-Assist senior merchandisers with buyer communication and order management.\nRequired Experience & Skills\n-2-5 years of experience in merchandising with an export house is mandatory.\n-Experience handling international buyers/export orders is strongly preferred.\n-Good understanding of garment/product development, sampling, costing, and production processes.\n-Familiarity with T&A calendars and export merchandising procedures.\n-Strong follow-up and coordination skills.\nGood command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.\n-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.\n-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\n-Degree/diploma in Fashion, Apparel, Textile, Merchandising, or a related field preferred.\nMust-have skills\nmerchandising with export house, export buyers, international
