on schedule and within scope.\nStrong architectural background with deep knowledge of cloud-native, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.\nExcellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to build high-performing, inclusive teams and mentor senior engineers.\nExperience managing multi-disciplinary Agile teams across geographies.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a data-driven decision-making mindset.\nFamiliarity with modern tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and observability stacks.\nPassion for staying current with emerging technologies and evaluating their business relevance.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
