Responsibilities\nLead and manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise technology systems.\nDevelop and implement IT strategies, operational policies, governance frameworks, and technology roadmaps aligned with business priorities.\nOversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, endpoints, cloud platforms, storage, and enterprise systems.\nManage IT service delivery, technical support, incident management, problem management, and change management processes.\nEstablish and monitor service-level agreements (SLAs), operational KPIs, system availability, and resolution timelines.\nLead infrastructure upgrades, technology implementations, system migrations, and IT transformation initiatives.\nStrengthen cybersecurity, access management, data protection, backup procedures, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.\nManage IT budgets, procurement, software licensing, vendor relationships, and technology contracts.\nIdentify opportunities to automate IT workflows, optimise infrastructure costs, and improve operational efficiency.\nEnsure compliance with applicable IT policies, security standards, audit requirements, and organisational controls.\nLead, mentor, and develop IT support, infrastructure, and operations teams.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to assess technology requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.\nMonitor system performance, investigate recurring incidents, and implement preventive measures.\nMaintain IT documentation, asset inventories, configuration records, and operational procedures.\nDrive continuous improvement through standardisation, monitoring, automation, and service management best practices.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n5+ years of experience in IT management, IT operations, infrastructure management, or enterprise technology services.\nStrong understanding of IT service delivery, infrastructure administration, system availability, and operational management.\nExperience managing IT support teams, technical resources, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nKnowledge of networking, servers, operating systems, cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, and enterprise applications.\nFamiliarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, including incident, problem, and change management.\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity, identity and access management, backup and recovery, and business continuity.\nExperience with IT budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and service-level governance.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, decision-making, and project management skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.\nA proactive mindset with a focus on operational reliability, security, cost optimisation, and continuous improvement.\nA bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.\nITIL, cloud, cybersecurity, or project management certifications are an
