professional growth.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute learning and development strategies aligned with organisational goals and business priorities.\nPartner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify capability gaps, skill requirements, and workforce development needs.\nDesign and implement learning programmes, leadership development initiatives, and functional training interventions.\nConduct training needs assessments using performance data, employee feedback, competency frameworks, and business inputs.\nSupport organisational development initiatives, including organisation design, change management, culture transformation, and team effectiveness.\nCollaborate with HR teams on talent management, succession planning, career development, and performance improvement initiatives.\nBuild structured learning pathways and development frameworks for employees, managers, and emerging leaders.\nFacilitate workshops, leadership sessions, coaching initiatives, and other learning interventions where appropriate.\nEvaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, participation metrics, and measurable business outcomes.\nEstablish learning KPIs and dashboards to monitor programme impact, capability development, and employee engagement.\nDrive employee development initiatives that strengthen internal mobility, retention, leadership readiness, and organisational capability.\nCollaborate with internal subject-matter experts and external learning partners to deliver high-quality development programmes.\nSupport change initiatives by developing communication, training, and capability-building plans.\nContinuously improve learning processes, digital learning solutions, and development practices based on emerging needs and industry best practices.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n 3+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, or a closely related HR function.\nStrong understanding of learning strategy, instructional design, training needs analysis, and capability development.\nExperience partnering with business leaders and HR stakeholders to translate business challenges into people-development solutions.\nKnowledge of organisational development, change management, employee engagement, and culture-building practices.\nFamiliarity with leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and performance management frameworks.\nAbility to design, implement, and evaluate learning programmes with measurable outcomes.\nStrong analytical skills and experience using learning metrics, employee feedback, and performance data.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate effectively across functions.\nA proactive, business-oriented mindset with a strong commitment
