The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple logistics activities simultaneously.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nManage inbound and outbound logistics activities for assigned projects and international shipments.\nReview shipping and logistics documents to ensure accurate information, including item descriptions, quantities, HS codes, country of origin, net/gross weight, and package details.\nCoordinate with suppliers to obtain complete and accurate shipping documentation before dispatch.\nDetermine appropriate modes of transportation in coordination with Project Management and Procurement teams.\nCoordinate the appointment of freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics service providers for air, sea, and other shipments.\nCoordinate project cargo requirements for over-dimensional or specialised shipments.\nWork closely with Trade Compliance teams to ensure shipments use the appropriate HS codes and customs classifications.\nCoordinate customs-related documentation and processes for incoming and outgoing materials.\nSupport required attestations, duty-exemption documentation, and free-issue material requirements.\nTrack subcomponent deliveries and proactively follow up with suppliers and procurement teams to expedite delayed materials.\nCoordinate closely with shippers, consignees, freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.\nEnsure shipments are executed in accordance with agreed Incoterms and delivery commitments.\nMonitor shipment status and proactively identify potential delays, risks, or documentation gaps.\nMaintain accurate logistics records, databases, shipment trackers, and documentation.\nPrepare regular logistics and shipment-status reports for project and management teams.\nEnsure compliance with applicable local, national, and international transportation and trade regulations.\nFollow established trade compliance procedures and internal logistics processes across all transactions.\nSupport additional logistics and project coordination activities as required.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, supply chain coordination, or international project logistics.\nStrong experience managing inbound and outbound international shipments.\nGood understanding of shipping documentation, freight processes, customs requirements, and international transportation.\nExperience coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers, customers, procurement teams, and project managers.\nWorking knowledge of HS codes, Incoterms, customs documentation, and trade compliance requirements.\nExperience handling air and sea shipments, including project cargo or over-dimensional shipments, would be an advantage.\nStrong attention to detail when reviewing shipping, packaging, and commercial documentation.\nExcellent coordination, communication, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments, deadlines, and priorities.\nProactive approach to identifying shipment risks and resolving logistics issues before they impact delivery schedules.\nStrong ownership mindset with a commitment to timely and accurate execution.\nAbility to work effectively with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.\nGood analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nStrong work ethic, teamwork,
