The role involves managing a team of 10+ Field Application Engineers, driving technical customer engagements, developing semiconductor design-in opportunities, and converting them into design wins and production business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of semiconductor application engineering expertise, regional team leadership, customer relationship management, and commercial business orientation.
