This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship to build robust, secure, and future-ready applications.\nThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java-based backend development, modern frontend frameworks, microservices architecture, and distributed systems. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to deliver user-centric solutions, improve system reliability, and drive engineering excellence. The role requires strong technical ownership, the ability to guide engineering teams, and a pragmatic approach to solving complex problems at scale.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and modern frontend technologies.\nArchitect and develop reliable microservices and user interfaces that support high-volume, mission-critical business applications.\nCollaborate with product, UX, and engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements and user stories into technical solutions and actionable development plans.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers through code reviews, design discussions, documentation, and knowledge sharing.\nDrive best practices in software architecture, coding standards, automated testing, agile development, and continuous integration.\nDesign and optimize RESTful APIs, relational database schemas, queries, and distributed system components.\nImprove system reliability and operational excellence through monitoring, metrics, alerting, observability, and proactive risk management.\nParticipate in production support and on-call rotations, ensuring timely incident resolution and continuous system improvement.\nEvaluate and implement appropriate technologies, tools, and architectural patterns to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly while adhering to organizational policies and engineering standards.\nPromote effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\n15-18 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with strong expertise in full-stack application development.\nProficiency in Java and Spring Boot, including experience with related Spring frameworks, ORM tools, and enterprise application development.\nStrong frontend development experience with ReactJS or other modern JavaScript frameworks, with the ability to adapt to new technologies as required.\nExtensive experience designing and developing microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.\nStrong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.\nSolid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design principles.\nExperience building scalable, resilient, and maintainable software systems.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to provide technical guidance, mentor engineers, and influence engineering decisions.\nUnderstanding of system observability, operational metrics, performance monitoring, and production reliability.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nExperience in advertising technology (AdTech) or digital advertising platforms.\nFamiliarity with programmatic advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), and high-throughput advertising systems.\nExperience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.\nKnowledge of DevOps and infrastructure tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.\nExperience with data streaming and messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis, Amazon SNS, and Amazon SQS.\nFamiliarity with Vue.js, Angular, or other modern frontend frameworks.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, and cloud-native application development.\nEducation\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nEquivalent practical experience and a strong technical background may also be
