strategies that leverage machine learning for anomaly detection, capacity forecasting, and automated remediation.\nRepresent the SRE organization in executive reviews, presenting reliability metrics, risk assessments, and improvement roadmaps.\n15+ years of experience in site reliability, infrastructure engineering, or DevOps roles, with a proven track record of leading large, high-scale teams.\nDeep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible).\nHands-on experience with agentic AI, AIOps platforms, and machine-learning-based incident response solutions.\nStrong leadership skills, including talent acquisition, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.\nExcellent analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to defining SLIs/SLOs and performance optimization.\nProven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable communication for executives and business partners.\nDemonstrated success in implementing robust incident management frameworks, post-mortem cultures, and continuous improvement cycles.\nFamiliarity with compliance, security, and
