preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on mechanical press and ancillary equipment.\nDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.\nDevelop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules, work orders, and documentation for all equipment.\nCoordinate with production management to schedule downtime and minimize production impact.\nLead the implementation of predictive maintenance initiatives using vibration analysis and oil monitoring.\nMaintain accurate spare parts inventory and manage procurement of critical components.\nEnsure compliance with plant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.\nAnalyze equipment failure data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.\nProvide technical support and training to shop floor operators and maintenance staff.\nPrepare and present regular maintenance performance reports to senior management.\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical press shop maintenance within the sheet metal industry.\nProficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems, including troubleshooting by instrumentation.\nStrong knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques and reliability engineering principles.\nExperience with maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS) and data analysis tools.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to preventing equipment failures.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and process documentation.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.\nDemonstrated leadership ability and experience
