circuits.\nCreate system architectures, schematics, and detailed hardware designs based on product requirements.\nDesign analog circuits including amplifiers, filters, power supplies, sensor interfaces, and signal conditioning circuits.\nDevelop digital hardware using microcontrollers, DSPs, FPGAs, memory, and communication interfaces.\nInterface ADCs, DACs, sensors, and high-speed communication circuits.\nPerform circuit simulation, design analysis, and component selection.\nReview and guide PCB layout activities with focus on signal integrity, power integrity, grounding, isolation, and EMI/EMC compliance.\nSupport prototype bring-up, hardware debugging, validation, and qualification testing.\nConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for design and production issues.\nWork closely with firmware, mechanical, quality, manufacturing, and industrialization teams.\nSupport DFM (Design for Manufacturing), DFT (Design for Testability), and productization activities.\nParticipate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical decision-making.\nKnowledge of aerospace and defense standards such as DO-160, DO-178C, and DO-254, with exposure in requirements traceability, verification & validation, design assurance, and certification support for safety-critical electronic systems.\nRequired Technical Skills\nStrong knowledge of Analog and Digital Circuit Design\nMixed Signal Design Architecture\nADC/DAC Interface Design\nSignal Conditioning Circuits\nMicrocontrollers, DSPs, and FPGA Integration\nCommunication Protocols: SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, RS-485, Ethernet\nPower Supply Design\nSignal Integrity and Power Integrity Analysis\nEMI/EMC Design and Debugging\nPCB Design and Layout Review\nHardware Debugging and Failure Analysis\nTools\nLTspice, PSpice, etc..\nOscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer\nCross-Functional Responsibilities\nCollaborate with Industrialization/NPI teams for smooth transition from design to production.\nSupport prototype, pilot, and mass production builds.\nWork with SCM, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to address component, production, and reliability issues.\nDrive continuous improvement in product performance, manufacturability, cost, and quality.\nQualifications\nB.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related
