Reports to the Founder/CEO.\nRequirements\nOwns:\n- Revenue and P&L (budgets, fees, collections, costs)\n- Admissions funnel and intake targets\n- Academic ops through the Program Heads\n- Industry partnerships, placements, internships\n- Team leadership (hiring and reviewing Program Heads, ops and admissions)\n- Expansion (new programs and centers)\nRequirements: knowledge of how Indian institutions run (affiliations, academic calendars, exams, regulation), proven P&L and admissions scaling, multi-functional team management, strong external communication. Master's preferred (MBA or education management).
