outpatient healthcare clinics across physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), speech therapy, and chiropractic practices.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong experience with US healthcare EMR/EHR, practice management, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platforms, along with proven project management capabilities, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of US-based outpatient healthcare clinics on EMR/EHR, practice management, billing, and RCM platforms.\nManage approximately 15 concurrent clinic implementations, ensuring timely delivery and successful go-live.\nGather client requirements, define implementation plans, establish milestones, and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders.\nOversee data migration, validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks using advanced Excel and basic SQL.\nConfigure billing workflows, practice settings, and other system requirements based on clinic needs.\nApply knowledge of the US medical billing cycle, including insurance eligibility verification, CPT/ICD-10 coding, claims submission (837), Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA/835), and denial management.\nConduct client training sessions and ensure clinics are prepared for go-live.\nCoordinate go-live activities and provide post-implementation support during the hypercare phase.\nTrack project milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, and action items using project management tools.\nMaintain clear and proactive communication with US-based clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nCollaborate with technical, product, billing, and support teams to resolve implementation challenges and escalations.\nEnsure a smooth handover from onboarding and implementation to ongoing operations.\nMaintain accurate implementation documentation, status reports, and client records.\nIdentify opportunities to improve onboarding processes, implementation efficiency, and the overall client experience.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n4-7 years of experience in implementation management, project management, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within US healthcare technology.\nAt least 2 years of hands-on experience independently managing end-to-end client implementations.\nProven ability to manage 15 or more client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.\nStrong understanding of US healthcare EMR/EHR, practice management, or RCM platforms.\nGood knowledge of US medical billing workflows, including eligibility verification, CPT/ICD-10 coding, 837 claims, ERA/835, and denial management.\nExperience with data migration, data validation, and reconciliation using advanced Excel.\nBasic SQL knowledge for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence in managing US-based clients and stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with Jira and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Rocketlane, or GUIDEcx.\nExperience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.\nStrong project planning, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to multitask effectively, prioritize competing deadlines, and proactively resolve implementation issues.\nA strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction.\nWillingness to work onsite in Pune and accommodate the required overlap with US business
