You will also conduct design rule checks, PCB layout reviews, and iterative refinements to guarantee flawless integration with mixed-signal, digital, and communications subsystems.\nRequirements\nDevelop and validate PCB schematics and layouts for mixed-signal and digital subsystems.\nPerform impedance matching, signal integrity analysis, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) assessments.\nSelect suitable components and materials, including power and RF modules, to meet performance targets.\nCreate and maintain design rule checks (DRC) and layout verification reports for manufacturability.\nInterface with manufacturing and assembly teams to resolve board-level issues and optimize production yield.\nIntegrate communication protocols such as Ethernet, SPI, UART, and I²C into board design architecture.\nConduct thermal analysis and design PCB mounting strategies for high-current devices.\nProduce detailed documentation, including BOMs, assembly instructions, and test procedures.\nIterate designs based on prototype testing and feedback from QA and field teams.\nStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design practices.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field.\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on PCB design experience in mixed-signal and digital domains.\nProficiency in industry-standard CAD tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad or Cadence OrCAD.\nStrong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC/EMI principles.\nExperience with RF or high-speed communication circuits and corresponding design constraints.\nAbility to translate complex specifications into practical, manufacturable PCB solutions.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-orientated mindset.\nFamiliarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) best practices.\nEffective communication skills in English for documentation and cross-functional coordination.\nA passion for staying updated on new technologies and a drive to deliver innovative circuit
