Requirements

  • Manage the Director/CEO's calendar and meetings
  • Schedule calls and resolve scheduling clashes
  • Coordinate with clients, employees, vendors and different teams
  • Take meeting notes and make sure assigned tasks get completed
  • Handle professional emails/correspondence
  • Book flights, hotels and transportation
  • Maintain travel and expense records
  • Prepare reports, presentations and MIS updates
  • Maintain trackers for deadlines and commitments
  • Follow up with people when work is delayed
  • Handle day-to-day administrative work for the management office
  • Deal with confidential information carefully
