Experience in the FMCG or retail industry, particularly with commercial KPIs and syndicated data, will be an added advantage.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Dashboard Development and Business Intelligence\nDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor business performance.\nTranslate business requirements into effective reporting solutions and actionable insights.\nCreate visualisations that enable stakeholders to track key performance indicators and identify business trends.\nEnsure dashboards are accurate, reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.\n2. Data Modelling and DAX\nDevelop and maintain efficient data models to support reporting and analytical requirements.\nWrite and optimise DAX measures, calculated columns, and expressions for complex business calculations.\nImplement appropriate data relationships, hierarchies, and aggregation logic.\nImprove dashboard performance and ensure consistency across reporting outputs.\n3. Data Analysis and Reporting\nUse SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyse data from relational databases.\nAnalyse business datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.\nApply analytical techniques to support commercial planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making.\nWork with Python where required to support data analysis, automation, and data preparation.\n4. Stakeholder Management and Business Collaboration\nEngage with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define KPIs, and gather analytical requirements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reports and dashboards that address business priorities.\nPresent findings clearly and translate analytical results into practical business recommendations.\nManage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of reporting solutions.\n5. Business Applications and Process Improvement\nLeverage Power Apps to support business workflows and improve operational efficiency.\nIdentify opportunities to automate reporting processes and streamline data-driven operations.\nMaintain documentation for dashboards, data models, calculations, and reporting processes.\nEnsure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across business intelligence solutions.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nStrong hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard and report development.\nExpertise in DAX, data modelling, and Power BI performance optimisation.\nWorking knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.\nFamiliarity with Python for data analysis and automation.\nWorking knowledge of Power Apps and its application in business processes.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.\nAbility to translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights.\nMust-Have Skills\nPower BI\nDAX and Data Modelling\nSQL\nGood-to-Have Skills\nFMCG Industry Experience\nRetail Industry
