technical solutions.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and manage end-to-end Proof of Concept (POC) engagements, including technical setup, implementation, integration, testing, and client coordination.\nConduct tailored technical demonstrations and solution presentations aligned with customer requirements and business use cases.\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for prospective and existing clients across evaluation, implementation, and post-sales stages.\nProvide technical consulting to help clients assess product capabilities, integration requirements, and solution suitability.\nSupport customers with REST API integrations, SDK implementation, authentication workflows, and troubleshooting.\nWork with HTTP, JavaScript, JSON, OAuth, SQL, and related technologies to diagnose and resolve integration issues.\nCollaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to address technical challenges and deliver suitable solutions.\nTranslate customer requirements into technical specifications, implementation plans, and solution recommendations.\nConduct product training sessions, technical account reviews, and client meetings to improve product understanding and adoption.\nBuild strong customer relationships through proactive technical guidance and timely issue resolution.\nCollect customer feedback, document feature requests, and coordinate enhancements with Product and Engineering teams.\nIdentify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency, product utilisation, and customer experience.\nSupport customer retention and renewal initiatives by demonstrating product value and addressing technical concerns.\nMaintain technical documentation, integration guides, POC outcomes, and solution-related records.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n8+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years in Pre-Sales Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Support Engineering.\nStrong experience with B2B enterprise software, SaaS platforms, payments, fintech, or mobile technology.\nHands-on knowledge of RESTful APIs, HTTP, JavaScript, JSON, OAuth, and SQL.\nProven ability to lead POCs, technical evaluations, client integrations, and onboarding engagements.\nExperience delivering technical demonstrations and translating customer requirements into practical solutions.\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving skills.\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior decision-makers.\nExcellent communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and customer relationship skills.\nAbility to manage multiple client engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with Android or iOS SDK integrations is an advantage.\nExposure to fraud prevention, device intelligence, identity verification, risk management, payment technologies, or enterprise security is desirable.\nA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is
