secure identity solutions into the development and deployment pipelines.\nEmbed cybersecurity controls into product architecture, conducting threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and compliance audits.\nDeploy AI tools for predictive analytics, defect detection, and automated testing to accelerate delivery and improve quality.\nFacilitate collaboration between product, engineering, security, and operations teams to resolve dependencies and deliver on commitments.\nMonitor and report on key metrics (velocity, cycle time, defect density, SLA adherence) to senior leadership and stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain release documentation, user guides, and operational playbooks to support smooth handovers.\nCultivate a culture of continuous improvement, coaching teams on best practices in delivery, security, and AI adoption.\n8+ years of proven experience in product or delivery management within complex technology environments.\nStrong track record of leading cross-functional teams through Agile/Scrum methodologies and successful product releases.\nDeep understanding of IAM and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2) with hands-on implementation experience.\nDemonstrated ability to integrate AI and automation tools into delivery pipelines to enhance productivity and quality.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and execution plans.\nProficiency in program governance, risk management, and financial stewardship of product initiatives.\nSolid analytical mindset, capable of interpreting metrics to drive data-driven decisions.\nStrong communication skills, adept at presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical
