The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, visual design, and usability. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences that address customer needs while supporting business objectives.\nAs a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements, translate ideas into effective design solutions, and improve the overall user experience. The role requires creativity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work across the design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final design handoff.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\n1. UI/UX Design\nDesign intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.\nCreate wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.\nApply UI/UX principles to ensure seamless navigation, accessibility, consistency, and usability.\nDevelop clear information architecture and interaction patterns that simplify complex user journeys.\nEnsure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes.\n2. User Research and Experience Optimization\nUnderstand user needs, pain points, and expectations through research, feedback, and usability testing.\nCollaborate with product teams to identify user problems and translate them into actionable design solutions.\nAnalyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improving product usability.\nIterate on existing designs based on research insights, stakeholder feedback, and product performance.\n3. Prototyping and Design Execution\nBuild interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows, interactions, and product functionality.\nUse design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar applications to develop and maintain design assets.\nMaintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, components, and visual hierarchy.\nContribute to and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.\nPrepare detailed design specifications and assets for smooth developer handoff.\n4.
