We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a user-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Design: Design intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.\nUI/UX Design: Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes based on product requirements and user needs.\nUser Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, competitor analysis, and research activities to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.\nDesign Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate product requirements into practical and scalable design solutions.\nPrototyping and Testing: Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts, gather feedback, and refine user journeys before implementation.\nDesign Systems: Maintain and improve design systems, reusable components, style guides, and UI standards to ensure consistency across products.\nProduct Optimization: Analyze user feedback, product usage patterns, and usability challenges to identify areas for continuous improvement.\nDeveloper Handoff: Prepare detailed design specifications, assets, and documentation to support accurate implementation by engineering teams.\nCross-functional Communication: Present design concepts, explain design decisions, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment with product objectives.\nDesign Trends: Stay updated on emerging design practices, tools, accessibility standards, and industry trends to deliver modern digital experiences.\nMust-Have Skills\n2-4 years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.\nStrong proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.\nSolid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.\nExperience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.\nAbility to simplify complex workflows and translate user requirements into intuitive experiences.\nUnderstanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design practices.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.\nA portfolio showcasing relevant product design projects, design decisions, and measurable outcomes.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nExperience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or B2B/B2C applications.\nFamiliarity with usability testing, accessibility guidelines, and user research methodologies.\nBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints.\nExperience working with agile product teams and iterative design processes.\nKnowledge of design systems, component libraries, and product analytics tools.\nExperience and Qualifications\nExperience: 2-4 years.\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred;
