You will work closely with product managers and engineering teams, make independent design decisions within your scope, and continuously improve user experiences through customer feedback, usability research, and product data.\nThe role involves designing intuitive experiences for a diverse set of users, including analysts reviewing flagged cases, managers configuring verification rules, businesses completing onboarding, and forward-deployed engineers supporting customer workflows.\nThis is an individual-contributor opportunity focused on design ownership, execution, craft, and customer impact rather than people or design management.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nTranslate complex workflows and information into intuitive user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and implementation-ready designs.\nOwn design projects from initial exploration and problem discovery through design reviews, engineering collaboration, implementation, and launch.\nIndependently make design decisions within the assigned product area while requiring limited day-to-day supervision.\nDesign for real-world scenarios beyond the ideal user journey, including incomplete information, errors, exceptions, and edge cases.\nCreate experiences that help users understand information, navigate complex workflows, and make confident decisions.\nConduct customer conversations and usability testing to understand user needs, identify pain points, and validate design solutions.\nLeverage product analytics and customer feedback to evaluate design effectiveness and continuously improve user experiences.\nApply and contribute to the evolution of the design system while maintaining consistency across the product.\nBalance usability, visual quality, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.\nClearly communicate design rationale, project progress, and decisions to product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.\nSupport junior designers through design reviews, feedback, and collaborative working sessions.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nMinimum of 4 years of full-time, in-house product design experience.\nContract, freelance, and agency experience will not count toward the minimum experience requirement. Internships are excluded.\nDemonstrated experience designing and shipping real product features and workflows.\nStrong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and prototyping.\nAbility to simplify complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces into clear, intuitive user experiences.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating problem framing, research, design exploration, alternatives considered, decision-making, trade-offs, and implementation outcomes.\nExcellent attention to detail, particularly when designing edge cases and complex interaction states.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams.\nComfortable working independently, taking ownership, and systems and operational dashboards.\nRule configuration and verification workflows.\nResearch-led simplification of complex Business-to-Business (B2B) or consumer journeys.\nDirect compliance-domain expertise is beneficial, but strong transferable product-design judgment and the ability to simplify complex user experiences are equally
