You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to deliver intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable product experiences aligned with business objectives.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Product Strategy and Roadmap\nDefine and execute product strategies that align customer needs with business goals and organizational priorities.\nDevelop and maintain a product roadmap based on customer feedback, market research, business requirements, and competitive analysis.\nIdentify opportunities to improve existing products and introduce new features that enhance the overall customer experience.\nPrioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and resource availability.\n2. Customer Experience and Journey Optimization\nOwn and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey across relevant product touchpoints.\nIdentify customer pain points through user interviews, surveys, feedback analysis, behavioral data, and support interactions.\nCollaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, accessible, and seamless product experiences.\nMonitor customer experience metrics such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer effort score (CES), engagement, and retention.\nDevelop initiatives to reduce friction, improve usability, and increase customer adoption and satisfaction.\n3. Product Development and Execution\nTranslate customer requirements and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nWork closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.\nManage product backlogs, sprint planning, prioritization, and release timelines in an Agile environment.\nConduct user acceptance testing and validate that delivered features meet customer expectations and business requirements.\nEnsure timely product launches and continuous improvements based on post-launch performance.\n4. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align product priorities, customer experience goals, and delivery expectations.\nCommunicate product vision, roadmap updates, and progress to internal stakeholders.\nGather and incorporate feedback from customers, business teams, and leadership into product decisions.\nFacilitate discussions to resolve dependencies, manage competing priorities, and ensure smooth execution.\n5.
