Experience with enterprise SaaS products and domains such as logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or transportation will be an advantage.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine product strategy, vision, and roadmaps aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities.\nTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and prototypes.\nLead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and business functions to deliver product initiatives.\nConduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.\nAnalyse complex user workflows and use product analytics to understand behaviour, identify usability gaps, and improve user experience.\nCreate wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes in collaboration with design teams to develop intuitive user interfaces.\nEngage with clients regularly to understand requirements, address concerns, and align product solutions with their expectations.\nDrive the development, launch, and continuous enhancement of web and mobile products.\nPrioritise product features, manage backlogs, and balance customer requirements with technical feasibility and business impact.\nCommunicate product capabilities, roadmap updates, and solution benefits to internal stakeholders and external clients.\nPrepare and maintain product documentation, including PRDs, functional specifications, release notes, and knowledge-base content.\nMonitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.\nApply Agile product development practices to support collaboration, prioritisation, and timely delivery.\nStay updated on emerging technologies, enterprise software trends, and technical architecture best practices.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n3+ years of product management experience, with strong exposure to technical product management, software engineering, or related disciplines.\nExperience managing web and mobile products throughout the product development lifecycle.\nExposure to building or scaling enterprise SaaS products, preferably for global customers.\nStrong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements gathering, prioritisation, and Agile methodologies.\nAbility to translate complex business and customer needs into clear product requirements and actionable development plans.\nExperience with product analytics platforms and data-driven decision-making.\nUnderstanding of user experience principles, interface design, wireframing, and prototyping.\nExcellent client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, organisation, and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining ownership of product deliverables and timelines.\nA self-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing business needs.\nA Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.\nExperience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or transportation technology is an added
