tools to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support data-backed decisions.\nProblem-Solving: Take ownership of complex and varied business problems, develop structured approaches, and of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, growth, program management, or a founder's office.\nAlternatively, an MBA with at least 2+ years of professional work experience.\nDemonstrated ability to manage and solve at least two distinct types of business problems and deliver measurable results.\nStrong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL or advanced spreadsheet tools.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.\nComfort working in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities and limited direction.\nStrong ownership, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities.\nAbility to learn new industries, business functions, and domains quickly.\nMust-Have
