The role primarily focuses on business coordination, vendor management, engineering delivery governance, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and final project sign-off.\nThe ideal candidate should have a good understanding of electrical engineering documentation and EPLAN workflows, along with strong stakeholder management and project tracking capabilities. This is not a hands-on EPLAN design role; instead, the candidate will coordinate between business stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of engineering documentation.\nThe candidate should be capable of independently managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, resolving dependencies, coordinating reviews, and driving work through UAT and final approval.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Business and Stakeholder Coordination\nInteract with business users, engineering teams, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, priorities, scope, and expected deliverables.\nTranslate business requirements into clearly defined vendor work packages, milestones, responsibilities, and delivery timelines.\nFacilitate communication between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external vendors.\nConduct regular project status meetings and maintain minutes of meetings, action trackers, and decision logs.\n2. Vendor and Project Delivery Management\nCoordinate with external engineering vendors responsible for developing, modifying, and updating EPLAN drawings and engineering documentation.\nMaintain project trackers covering deliverables, owners, planned dates, actual completion, dependencies, review status, and pending actions.\nFollow up regularly with vendors to ensure timely completion of committed deliverables.\nIdentify schedule delays, risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive timely escalations and corrective actions.\nSupport change requests and ensure changes to project scope, timelines, and deliverables are documented, approved, and communicated.\n3. Engineering Documentation and Review Coordination\nCoordinate the submission of EPLAN deliverables to business and engineering stakeholders for technical and business reviews.\nConsolidate review comments, communicate feedback to vendors, and track corrections until closure.\nEnsure engineering drawings, supporting documents, revision histories, and approval records are properly maintained.\nCoordinate document review cycles, drawing revisions, and final engineering handovers.\n4. UAT and Sign-off Management\nPlan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and relevant engineering stakeholders.\nTrack UAT observations, defects, and feedback, assigning corrective actions to vendors.\nEnsure timely resolution, closure, and retesting of identified issues.\nObtain formal business and user acceptance after successful completion of UAT.\nEnsure final deliverables meet agreed requirements and are formally signed off.\n5. Project Reporting and Governance\nPrepare weekly project status dashboards covering planned versus completed deliverables, overdue items, UAT progress, risks, issues, and vendor performance.\nMonitor project milestones and maintain visibility into delivery progress.\nTrack open actions and ensure accountability across internal teams and external vendors.\nMaintain accurate project documentation and support delivery governance activities.\nMust-Have Skills and Qualifications\n4-7 years of experience in Project Coordination, Engineering Project Management, Engineering Services, or Vendor Coordination.\nStrong experience coordinating with business users, internal engineering teams, and third-party engineering vendors.\nHands-on experience in project planning, milestone tracking, action management, and schedule governance.\nExperience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.\nExperience coordinating UAT, tracking defects and observations, and obtaining formal business sign-off.\nStrong stakeholder management, follow-up, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project status reporting.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate requirements, progress, risks, and dependencies.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nExposure to EPLAN, EPLAN P8, Electrical CAD, or electrical engineering documentation.\nKnowledge of industrial automation, control-panel engineering, manufacturing, or engineering services.\nUnderstanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, device/component data, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).\nFamiliarity with engineering change requests, drawing revisions, document review cycles, and final engineering handovers.\nAbility to facilitate technical discussions between engineering stakeholders and external vendors.\nEPLAN Knowledge Expectations\nThe candidate is not expected to be an expert EPLAN developer or hands-on electrical designer.
