alignment to maintain project timelines.\nDrive the Engineering Change Management process, documenting change requests, assessing impact, and ensuring approval workflows are completed before implementation.\nFacilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test plans, coordinating test execution, and capturing defect logs for resolution.\nMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including version-controlled drawings, BOMs, and test reports, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.\nMonitor project milestones, generate status reports, and proactively identify risks, suggesting mitigation strategies to senior leadership.\nCoordinate cross-functional meetings, including design reviews, production readiness workshops, and client handover sessions.\nSupport post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and update knowledge bases for future projects.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements, tool optimizations, and training initiatives for the engineering team.\nProven experience (4+ years) in electrical engineering project coordination, ideally within an industrial or automotive context.\nAdvanced proficiency with EPLAN Electric P8, including drawing generation, project configuration, and data management.\nStrong understanding of electrical engineering documentation standards (IEC, IEC 61010, IEC 60068, etc.) and coding practices.\nDemonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contractual terms that support project objectives.\nTrack record of leading UAT activities, from planning to defect closure, ensuring deliverables meet functional specifications.\nFamiliarity with Engineering Change Management tools (e.g., SAP PM, EPIC, or similar platforms) and change control workflows.\nExcellent communication skills, capable of translating technical details into clear, actionable information for diverse stakeholders.\nProactive problem-solver with a keen eye for risk identification and effective mitigation planning.\nSolid organizational and time-management abilities, enabling simultaneous oversight
