and quality standards.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nManage interior product projects from project initiation through delivery, installation, and closure.\nUnderstand client requirements, project specifications, timelines, and expected deliverables.\nPrepare detailed project plans covering scope, activities, milestones, dependencies, resources, and deadlines.\nCoordinate with customers, designers, vendors, suppliers, production teams, logistics partners, and installation teams.\nTrack project progress against agreed timelines and identify potential delays or execution risks.\nCoordinate procurement and availability of interior products, materials, fixtures, fittings, and related components.\nFollow up with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery of required materials.\nMonitor product specifications, quantities, quality, and delivery schedules.\nCoordinate logistics, transportation, site deliveries, and installation activities.\nEnsure products and materials reach project sites according to planned schedules.\nCoordinate with site teams to ensure smooth installation and execution.\nMonitor project budgets, costs, purchase requirements, and commercial commitments.\nMaintain accurate project trackers, schedules, documentation, purchase records, and delivery status.\nConduct regular project reviews and provide timely progress updates to management and clients.\nIdentify project risks, bottlenecks, scope changes, and dependencies and take corrective action.\nCoordinate resolution of quality, delivery, installation, and customer-related issues.\nManage project changes and ensure revised requirements are communicated to all relevant stakeholders.\nEnsure project deliverables meet agreed quality, design, and customer requirements.\nMaintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.\nConduct project completion reviews and ensure pending issues are closed before final handover.\nIdentify opportunities to improve project planning, vendor coordination, execution processes, and delivery efficiency.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n3+ years of experience in project management, interior products, interior fit-outs, construction, furniture, building materials, or a related industry.\nStrong hands-on experience managing projects from planning through execution and completion.\nGood understanding of interior products, materials, finishes, fixtures, fittings, furniture, or related product categories.\nStrong project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution skills.\nExperience coordinating with vendors, suppliers, contractors, logistics teams, and site personnel.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.\nStrong understanding of procurement, material availability, delivery schedules, and installation coordination.\nGood commercial awareness with the ability to monitor project costs, budgets, and purchase requirements.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in time-sensitive project situations.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation and trackers.\nProficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, project management tools, and standard office
