The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring timely execution of projects while maintaining required quality and safety standards.\nThe candidate must be residing in Wada or willing to relocate and stay in Wada. The candidate will also be required to visit the company's Thane Corporate Office once a week for project reviews, coordination, and meetings with the management/team.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, coordinate, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.\nEnsure projects are completed within the planned timeline, quality standards, and project requirements.\nCoordinate with Production, Engineering, Design, Quality, Procurement, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.\nReview project drawings, technical specifications, production requirements, and project schedules.\nMonitor day-to-day manufacturing and fabrication activities related to assigned projects.\nTrack material availability, production progress, inspection status, and dispatch schedules.\nIdentify project delays, technical issues, and resource requirements and take timely corrective actions.\nCoordinate with the Quality team for inspections, testing, documentation, and customer requirements.\nMonitor fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, testing, and other project-related activities.\nEnsure proper coordination between shop-floor activities and project execution schedules.\nConduct regular project progress reviews and prepare project status reports.\nMaintain project-related documentation, records, schedules, and progress reports.\nCoordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and other external agencies whenever required.\nVisit the Thane Corporate Office once a week for project reviews, management meetings, coordination, and reporting.\nEnsure compliance with company procedures, quality requirements, safety standards, and customer specifications.\nSupport management in resolving project-related technical and operational issues.\nMonitor project costs and assist in controlling unnecessary project expenses.\nEnsure timely completion and successful handover of projects.\nRequired Technical Skills\nStrong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Processes.\nGood understanding of heavy fabrication and industrial equipment manufacturing.\nKnowledge of pressure vessels, process equipment, fabricated components, and heavy engineering products will be preferred.\nUnderstanding of welding, fabrication, machining, assembly, inspection, and testing processes.\nAbility to understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.\nGood project planning, coordination, monitoring, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong knowledge of MS Excel and project documentation.\nAbility to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and shop-floor teams.\nEligibility Criteria\nQualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering -
