closely related domain.\nStrong understanding of US legal processes, preferably with exposure to personal injury law or law-firm operations.\nExperience working with technology-driven products, automation platforms, AI solutions, or enterprise applications.\nStrong understanding of how AI, automation, and agent-based technologies can be applied to complex business workflows.\nAbility to analyse complex processes and identify opportunities for technology-led optimisation.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.\nExperience working closely with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, legal, or business stakeholders.\nStrong ability to translate business or domain requirements into clear technical or product requirements.\nComfortable working in an
