The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Selenium or similar automation tools, experience enhancing automation frameworks, and a solid understanding of IoT-based applications and platforms.\nThe role requires a self-driven professional who can work independently, maintain high-quality standards, and deliver reliable testing outcomes within fast-paced development cycles. The candidate should be comfortable managing competing priorities and providing extended-hours or on-call support when required.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium or other suitable automation tools.\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks to improve test coverage, reliability, scalability, and execution efficiency.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure application quality and stability.\nTest IoT platforms and validate the functionality, performance, reliability, and interoperability of IoT-based applications and connected systems.\nCollaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and define effective test strategies.\nIdentify, document, track, and troubleshoot software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.\nContribute to continuous improvement of automation processes, testing methodologies, and quality assurance practices.\nExecute API testing and validate communication between applications, services, and IoT platform components, as required.\nSupport testing activities across short development cycles while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.\nWork independently with limited supervision, proactively identify risks, and take ownership of assigned testing activities.\nProvide extended-hours or on-call support when required to address critical issues and ensure application reliability.\nQualifications & Experience\n8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or QA Automation.\nStrong hands-on experience in web automation using Selenium or equivalent automation tools.\nProven experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining automation frameworks.\nStrong experience working with IoT platforms and testing connected applications or systems.\nGood understanding of functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and defect management.\nFamiliarity with API testing and cloud environments is an advantage.\nAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage tasks with minimal guidance.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nEffective time management and the ability to work
