Quality Strategy & Leadership\nOwn end-to-end QA strategy across B2B authentication systems and consumer applications\nDefine testing standards, release governance and risk-based testing frameworks\nEstablish automation-first QA practices\nCreate structured regression, performance and security testing pipelines\nCollaborate with engineering and DevOps to ensure quality at every stage of the SDLC\nLead QA planning, risk assessment and production sign-offs\n2. Functional & API Testing (Authentication Systems)\nDesign and execute comprehensive test cases for multi-factor authentication workflows, OTP validation flows, JWT / OAuth-based authentication, session lifecycle & token expiry, and role-based access control (RBAC)\nPerform API validation using Postman / REST Assured\nValidate edge cases including retry logic, rate limiting and lockout mechanisms\nEnsure cross-device, cross-browser and cross-environment reliability\n3. Automation Engineering & CI/CD Integration\nDesign and maintain scalable automation frameworks\nImplement UI automation using Playwright / Selenium / Cypress\nBuild API automation pipelines\nIntegrate automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)\nEnsure high regression coverage for critical authentication flows\n4. Performance & Load Engineering\nDesign load testing strategies for high-volume authentication traffic\nSimulate concurrent login bursts, token generation spikes and OTP validation surges\nUse tools such as JMeter / k6 / Gatling\nIdentify system bottlenecks and optimise for scalability\nValidate system behaviour under peak stress conditions\n5. Enterprise Observability & APM Monitoring\nCollaborate with DevOps to implement enterprise-grade APM and observability tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic)\nMonitor authentication latency, error rates, API response times and infrastructure health\nDefine SLAs and SLOs aligned with banking-grade expectations\nImplement alerting mechanisms for anomaly detection and traffic spikes\nSupport distributed tracing and root cause analysis\n6.
