lifecycle, from requisition approval to offer negotiation and onboarding.\nBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified passive candidates using social media, professional networks, and industry events.\nConduct market research to stay updated on industry salary benchmarks, talent trends, and competitor hiring strategies.\nCoordinate interview panels, schedule interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all legal and company policies.\nPresent regular recruitment metrics and analytics to senior management to demonstrate progress and ROI.\nDevelop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation in the telecom and sales job markets.\nConstantly improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience through continuous feedback and best practices.\n1+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the telecom or sales domain.\nStrong knowledge of telecom industry terminology, product offerings, and talent requirements.\nDemonstrated success in hiring sales professionals who consistently meet or exceed performance targets.\nExcellent sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other talent acquisition platforms.\nOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.\nProficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools.\nStrong analytical mindset to interpret recruitment data and drive informed decision making.\nCreativity in designing candidate engagement strategies that differentiate the employer brand.\nA proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for building high-impact
