Apache Spark, Data Engineering and Cloud Data Platforms.\nThe RSA will work closely with enterprise customers to understand complex data and AI requirements, design scalable architectures, lead technical engagements and help customers successfully implement and productionize solutions on the Databricks platform.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong hands-on technical expertise with excellent customer-facing, consulting and communication skills.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nWork directly with enterprise customers as a trusted technical advisor.\nUnderstand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable data architectures.\nDesign and implement modern Lakehouse / Data + AI architectures using Databricks.\nDevelop and guide POCs, technical workshops and architecture demonstrations.\nWork extensively with Apache Spark / PySpark, SQL and Databricks.\nDesign scalable data ingestion, transformation and processing pipelines.\nWork with Delta Lake, Unity Catalog and Databricks platform capabilities.\nSupport data migration and modernization initiatives.\nIntegrate Databricks with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.\nTroubleshoot performance, scalability, reliability and data pipeline issues.\nWork with customer engineering, data science, architecture and leadership teams.\nProvide technical recommendations around data engineering, analytics, ML/AI and cloud architecture.\nCreate reference architectures, technical documentation and implementation guidance.\nSupport production deployment and adoption of Databricks solutions.\nConduct technical workshops, enablement sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.\nRequired Skills\nMust Have\nStrong experience with Databricks\nStrong Apache Spark / PySpark\nStrong SQL\nStrong Data Engineering fundamentals\nExperience designing data pipelines / data platforms\nExperience with Lakehouse / Data Warehouse / Big Data architecture\nExperience with at least one
