This role requires strong local market knowledge, relationship-building capabilities, and a clear understanding of domestic and overseas education financing.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nChannel Sourcing and Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage overseas education consultants, DSAs, and test preparation or coaching institutes to generate education loan leads.\nSales and Target Achievement: Achieve monthly targets for education loan applications, sanctions, and disbursements across the assigned territory.\nMarket Development: Build and strengthen relationships with local education consultants, study-abroad advisors, and other relevant sourcing partners.\nCampus and Event Activation: Organize loan fairs, spot-assessment drives, student counselling sessions, and promotional activities aligned with university admission cycles.\nEnd-to-End Loan Processing: Collect application documents, verify KYC and financial information, and coordinate with Credit and Operations teams to facilitate timely loan processing.\nCustomer Relationship Management: Guide students and parents through loan eligibility, repayment terms, co-borrower requirements, and disbursement milestones for tuition fees and living expenses.\nApplication Conversion: Follow up with prospective customers and sourcing partners to improve application completion, sanction conversion, and disbursement rates.\nCredit and Compliance: Ensure adherence to credit policies, KYC requirements, documentation standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines.\nMarket Intelligence: Monitor competitor offerings, customer preferences, and local market trends to identify new business opportunities.\nPerformance Tracking: Maintain accurate sales reports, lead records, partner performance data, and pipeline updates.\nCross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal teams to resolve application issues, minimize processing delays, and deliver a positive customer experience.\nRelationship Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and develop a sustainable sourcing network to support long-term growth.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n2+ years of experience in frontline sales, preferably in education loans, financial services, banking, NBFCs, or education fintech.\nPrior experience handling domestic or overseas education loans is strongly preferred.\nStrong understanding of education loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application processes.\nKnowledge of student visa-related loan requirements, co-borrower credit assessment, and secured and unsecured lending norms.\nFamiliarity with KYC guidelines, financial document verification, and credit assessment processes.\nEstablished connections with local study-abroad consultants, education DSAs, coaching centres, or test preparation institutes in Lucknow.\nProven ability to generate leads, build sourcing partnerships, and achieve sales targets.\nStrong relationship management, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.\nAbility to guide students and parents through the education financing process with clarity and professionalism.\nStrong coordination and follow-up skills to manage multiple applications and meet turnaround-time expectations.\nGood understanding of sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and performance monitoring.\nHigh level of ownership, integrity, and attention to detail, with a commitment to compliance and customer satisfaction.\nA graduate degree in any discipline is required.\nAbility to work effectively in a target-driven environment and
