The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, excellent business analysis capabilities, and hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nWork closely with business stakeholders, product owners, Salesforce administrators, developers, and QA teams to understand business objectives and translate them into clear Salesforce requirements.\nAnalyze existing business processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend Salesforce-based solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\nLead requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, interviews, and discussions with stakeholders across business and technology functions.\nCreate clear and detailed business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation.\nDevelop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional requirements that provide clear direction to development and QA teams.\nCollaborate with Product Owners and Scrum teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nManage and prioritize requirements and ensure the product backlog remains aligned with business priorities.\nUse JIRA to track user stories, requirements, defects, sprint progress, and delivery status.\nPartner with Salesforce technical teams to validate proposed solutions and ensure they align with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.\nSupport functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production rollouts by clarifying requirements and validating delivered functionality.\nIdentify dependencies, risks, and process impacts associated with Salesforce changes and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.\nAct as a subject-matter expert for business processes supported through Salesforce and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.\nMust-Have Skills\n8-16 years of experience in Business Analysis, Salesforce consulting, CRM transformation, or a related role.\nStrong hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\nProven experience in Business Analysis and Stakeholder Management.\nStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross-functional Scrum teams.\nPractical experience using JIRA for backlog, requirements, sprint, and issue management.\nExcellent requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and communication skills.\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable requirements for Salesforce development teams.\nStrong understanding of CRM processes such as sales management, lead and opportunity management, customer service, case management, and service operations.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nExperience creating detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.\nStrong knowledge of Sprint Planning and Backlog Management.\nExperience with Stakeholder Management and Requirements Gathering across multiple business functions.\nExposure to Salesforce implementation, enhancement, migration, integration, or transformation projects.\nSalesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant will be an advantage.\nExperience working with distributed or global teams and managing multiple stakeholders.\nPreferred Attributes\nThe ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to work with both business and technical teams.
