Candidates with experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), logistics technology, inventory management, or supply chain software will have an added advantage.\nThe position may also involve technical leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior engineers, and coordinating with engineering managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Software Development and Backend Engineering\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications.\nBuild robust backend services, APIs, and microservices to support business-critical applications.\nWrite clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.\nIdentify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot production issues, and implement effective solutions.\nParticipate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of existing systems.\n2. System Design and Architecture\nContribute to system architecture and technical design decisions for scalable applications.\nDevelop efficient data models and optimize database queries for performance and reliability.\nImplement appropriate design patterns, error-handling mechanisms, and monitoring practices.\nEnsure software solutions meet requirements for scalability, availability, security, and maintainability.\n3. Technical Leadership and Team Collaboration\nTake ownership of assigned projects, from requirement analysis and technical planning to deployment and maintenance.\nCollaborate with engineering managers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivery timelines.\nSupport junior developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.\nHelp identify technical risks, resolve engineering challenges, and improve development workflows.\nContribute to sprint planning, estimation, and agile development activities.\n4.
