you will take ownership of key client relationships, lead project execution end-to-end, and manage a team while driving smooth coordination across accounts.\nThis role is ideal for someone who has account management team.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nClient Coordination & Relationship Management: Own strong client relationships through timely communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail while leading calls, understanding requirements, managing follow-ups, and ensuring confidence in project delivery.\nAccount & Project Management: Independently manage ongoing client accounts and projects while driving smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and strong execution across teams and stakeholders.\nTeam Coordination & Management: Lead and manage a team of Account Managers/Executives and set clear direction, review work quality, coach on client handling and execution, and ensure accountability and consistency across the accounts under your remit.\nTalent Coordination & Quality Management: Identify and coordinate the right creative talent for different project needs while applying judgment on quality, fit, availability, timelines, and budget.\nProposal Building, Pricing & Commercial Support: Lead the creation of proposals, scopes, and project plans for client requirements while owning pricing discussions, commercial decisions, and project solutioning.\nReporting & Operations: Track project progress, maintain account updates, and keep documentation organized across proposals, timelines, deliverables, and key account updates while ensuring strong operational discipline across accounts.\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of agency experience in account management, client servicing, and project leadership.\nCurrently operating as a Senior Manager, Group Account Manager (GAM), or Account Director, or in an equivalent role.\nProven experience running a team by coaching, delegating, and holding people accountable.\nStrong track record managing client relationships end-to-end, including at a senior/stakeholder level.\nStrong domain experience across design, video, and content/creative services.\nExcellent communication skills and someone who is confident, articulate, and comfortable representing the business in front of clients and leadership.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.\nStrong problem-solving ability and comfort handling multiple moving pieces at once.\nStrong commercial thinking across pricing, proposals, and project economics.\nOwnership mindset with the ability to take initiative and
