The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, drafting, case management, and litigation experience, along with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound professional judgment.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work on challenging disputes and investigations, develop effective legal strategies, and collaborate with senior legal professionals and clients on high-stakes matters.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and support dispute resolution and litigation matters, including commercial disputes, civil proceedings, arbitration, and related legal proceedings.\nConduct legal research and analyse applicable statutes, case law, regulations, and judicial precedents.\nDraft, review, and finalise pleadings, legal notices, written submissions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.\nAssist in white-collar crime matters involving fraud, corruption, financial misconduct, money laundering, and other corporate or economic offences.\nConduct internal and corporate investigations into suspected misconduct, irregularities, and potential legal or regulatory violations.\nReview contracts, financial records, correspondence, electronic records, and other evidence to identify relevant facts and potential legal exposure.\nDevelop case strategies, prepare chronologies, assess evidence, and identify legal risks and possible courses of action.\nCoordinate with clients, senior counsel, external lawyers, investigators, and other stakeholders throughout legal proceedings and investigations.\nAssist with court appearances, hearings, arbitration proceedings, and interactions with relevant authorities, as required.\nPrepare investigation summaries, legal risk assessments, case updates, and client reports.\nMaintain accurate case files, investigation records, supporting documentation, and confidentiality protocols.\nMonitor legal developments and contribute to improving case preparation, investigation methodologies, and dispute management practices.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n 4+ years of relevant legal experience in dispute resolution, litigation, white-collar crime, corporate investigations, or a closely related practice area.\nStrong understanding of Indian civil and criminal law, litigation procedures, and relevant regulatory frameworks.\nDemonstrated experience handling commercial disputes, legal research, drafting, and case strategy.\nExposure to white-collar crime matters involving fraud, financial misconduct, corruption, or corporate wrongdoing.\nExperience reviewing evidence, analysing complex documentation, and supporting internal or external investigations.\nExcellent legal drafting, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple matters independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.\nA recognised law degree (LL.B.) is required;
